The TIB-HP3 has three rotors and three stators in a homogeneous emulsion pump chamber. The TIB-HP3 has twelve tooth discs. The rotor and stator tooth gap from the first to the third layer, which is the exit of the pump chamber. This three-layer grinding can improve the emulsification effect more than single-layer grinding. TIB-HP3 is a high-efficiency pump that integrates grinding, dispersing, mixing, homogenization, emulsification and transport.
